I always loved elements of it but it never felt right - until now. It’s funny how you could feel like you’re not making progress but looking back just two years I can see I’ve grown so much. It’s so encouraging. Revisiting paintings was something I’d never do before (I’d rather just start fresh!), but I thought I’d try something different and it was a surprising source of inspiration.
